This might sound incredibly arrogant:
Most people are unaware that limiting your toxicity intake while increasing your intake of healthy foods eliminates your "need" for medicinal and pharmaceutical interventions.
Masquerading your symptoms does not mean it’s all good. When you eat crap, your body is trash. There is no medicine in the world that can change that.
Getting wounded while continually jumping against it should make you consider a new strategy to climbing a wall. Consider whether it's worth it to suffer so much till you lose your life because of laziness or attention seeking.
One more thing:
Nature imprisoned either escapes or destroys their prison, transforming the confinement into nature. We evolved from nature. We are a part of the natural world. Our bodies require nature. So, instead of sitting on your ass all day, walk outside every day, sans earphones or sunglasses. Better go naked to soak up as much sunshine and fresh air as possible. Spend more than 5 minutes outside, looking at flora and listening to animal and bug noises. Consider the movies you don't view in 5 minutes. Just because you don't feel immediately entertained while going through the forest doesn't imply it's not healthy for you. Don't be a fool and mistake amusement and attention for a healthy sensation of well-being.
