Don't “forget” what you were taught in school: "Eat carbs and sugar, sit still for hours, don't ask questions, shut up and listen to what to think and do; don’t fail this test where you have to prove you understand what to think and how to act; don't think too much."
It’s totally okay that you don’t know what you want.
It’s not okay/healthy to try to want something.
You could opt to unwind without worrying about being late for anything.
Do you feel the urge to be someone important? Why? Do you believe you must or were you told to?
You may quit the agony of pretending. When you are your true self, you may simply not care what others think of you.
Your actual self will naturally attract suitable people to you. It feels fantastic to be around the right people. Life really is that simple and beautiful ❤️
